Return eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging (when applicable).

How to start a return

  • Email us at operations@autopartave.com  with:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need an exchange, contact us at operations@autopartave.com with your order number and item details.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
